Eric earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics in 1993 from the University of Colorado. His real estate career has included sales of resort real estate properties, training sales associates, implementing sales and marketing strategies, and completing market feasibility studies for developments.
Prior to joining The Group, Inc., Eric was the Managing Broker for the Summit County operations of Slifer Smith & Frampton Real Estate in Breckenridge, Colorado. He was responsible for all aspects of the brokerage including recruiting, training and managing the sales staff, developing the company’s marketing strategy, managing the administrative staff, and overseeing the sales and marketing programs for new developments in Summit County.
Eric has completed the Achievement Leadership training from Bell Leadership Institute.
Eric is a native Coloradoan. He is married to Julie and they have a daughter, Noelle. He is an avid bicyclist and enjoys all kinds of sports and outdoor activities.
Kim Allen joined The Group, Inc., in 1984. She was a high school student at that time and worked as a receptionist and on the weekends. She later worked as an Assistant, Escrow Officer, and Business Manager. Kim now serves as Financial Officer and is responsible for all financial matters of The Group, Inc.
Kim attended Colorado State University College of Business.
Kim has two teenagers who are active in sports - She enjoys spending time supporting them with their activities, reading and enjoying the beauty of Colorado.

Ceri graduated from Colorado State University with a degree in Speech Communication and received a Masters Degree in Management from Regis University. In 2001 she joined The Group, Inc. as a sales associate and was recognized as the "Rookie of the Year" in 2002 by the Loveland/Berthoud Association of Realtors. In 2004, Ceri joined the management team at The Group, Inc.
Ceri is married (Jim) and has two children (Annika and Abby). In her spare time, she coaches fast pitch softball, travels, golfs and attends her children's sports activities. Ceri is also a member of Rotary, and served as the President of the Mountain View Rotary for two years (2007, 2008).
Susie Ewing joined The Group, Inc. in 1976, the year the company was founded. She has served as a Receptionist, Assistant, Escrow Officer, Business Manager, and Managing Broker. She holds an Associate of Arts degree from Fort Lewis College.
Susie is a member of the Fort Collins Rotary Club and served as the Chairperson for the Rotary Youth Exchange for 5 years. She was a member of the Leadership Fort Collins Class of 1991 and served on the steering committee in 1992. She has also worked with United Way.
Susie is married to Bob, a Sales Partner with The Group, Inc. They have three sons, Chris, Greg, and Nick. They enjoy traveling together as a family. Susie enjoys reading, the outdoors, and walking and movies.
Helen joined The Group, Inc. in 1980 and has held several positions during that time. She has served as the Marketing Director for the past 15 years.
She holds a B.S. in Business from the University of Wyoming. She has participated in Leadership Fort Collins and served on the Steering Committee for two terms. She is a Past President of the Junior League of Fort Collins and Past President of National Charity League. She serves on the Board of Directors of OpenStage Theatre and was Board President in 2008-2009. She is a member of First United Methodist Church and is currently co-chairman of the Administrative Council. She is also a member of PEO and serves on the Board for the Pi Beta Phi Alum Club.
Helen is married to Rob and they have two grown daughters, Libby and Molly.
Mark joined The Group, Inc. in 1990 as a Commercial Property Manager and began his career in sales in 1992. He was named ‘Rookie of the Year’ by the Fort Collins Board of Realtors in 1992 and has served on the sales team for several new home neighborhoods. He has earned real estate designations including Graduate of Realtor Institute (GRI), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Certified International Property Specialist, (CIPS), Eco-Broker, and Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE). He holds a B.S. in Construction Management from Arizona State University.
Goldrich has been a member of the Fort Collins Foothills Rotary for 30 years and served as President in 1986. He served on the United Way of Larimer County Board from 2000-2008 and was President in 2005. In addition he established the Mark Goldrich Sustainable Building Scholarship at Colorado State University.
Mark is married to Prue Kaley and they have 3 grown children. They belong to the Northern Colorado Garden Railroaders and host several community groups each summer who come to see their garden railroad.

Nick joined The Group Inc. in 1999 as a Sales Partner with his wife Debbie Hansen. In 2007, Nick joined the management team at The Group, Inc.
He graduated with a BS from Iowa State University and has a Masters Degree from the University of Arizona. Nick also coached the men’s and women’s swimming teams at the University of Arizona and the University of Wisconsin –Madison. During his coaching tenure, he was a member of the United States National Team Staff.
Nick is married to Debbie Hansen, a Sales Partner with The Group Inc. and they have a son Alec and a daughter Brooke. Nick enjoys working with the Loveland Swim Club and Loveland baseball. He also enjoys fishing, adventures and anything outdoors.
Larry Kendall holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Kansas State University and has engaged in the real estate business for 28 years. He is the retired Chairman and one of the founding partners of The Group, Inc.

Larry is married and has two children. His wife, Pat, is a professor of nutrition at Colorado State University.
His mission is to help people bring out the best in themselves and their organizations.
Chuck serves as Chairman of the Board and CEO of The Group, Inc. family of companies, which includes The Group Inc. Real Estate, The Group Guaranteed Mortgage and The Group Guaranteed Title.
Chuck moved to Fort Collins in 1978 and has founded and operated a wide variety of enterprises in northern Colorado. He joined The Group, Inc. in 1994 as a Broker Associate/Partner and has served multiple terms on its Board of Directors. He was named Ft. Collins Board of Realtors Rookie of the Year in 1994 and holds CRS and GRI designations.
Chuck and his wife Terry are Colorado natives and have two grown children who were born and raised in Fort Collins. Their community involvement has included Boy and Girl Scouts, Youth Sports, Poudre Valley Hospital Foundation, United Way's Alexis de Tocqueville Society, Colorado State University, Poudre School District, Respite Care, Partners Mentoring Youth, The Children's Clinic and others.
Susan joined The Group, Inc. in 1986, and has held several positions including Assistant, Escrow officer, and Managing Broker.
She holds a degree in Business Administration from Northeastern Junior College. She has 21 years of experience in the real estate field and has earned the designation of Certified Residential Broker (CRB). Within the community, Susan has served as Chairman of the Fort Collins Board of Realtors Affirmative Marketing Committee. She is a Poudre School District Parent Volunteer and also Volunteer for the American Cancer Society.
Susan is married to Jim, Principal at Eaton Middle School. They have two children, Austin and Tanner. The boys are involved in sports and Susan enjoys being at their event to cheer them on. She also enjoys traveling with her family, reading, and cooking.
Don joined The Group in 1999 as a broker associate in the company's Greeley office. After seven years of working with buyers and sellers, he took on the role of Managing Broker for The Group's Greeley office in 2006. Don also serves Learning Director, responsible for organizing the training and education programs at The Group.
After earning a bachelor of science degree (Business Management) from the University of Northern Colorado School of Business, Don worked in radio and public relations capacities. Prior to coming to The Group, he spent 12 years in the senior housing industry, specializing in customer service training, niche marketing, and developing new senior housing properties around the country.
Don and his wife, Mary, have four children and six grandchildren. They serve on the board of directors for The Pregnancy Resource Center in Greeley, and they attend Resurrection Fellowship Church. The Tennessen's love to travel and they enjoy anything that involves spending time with kids and grandkids.
