With a multicultural and multilingual background, John has established himself as a wonderful resource for many borrowers. John was born in England and raised in Spain. A graduate of Brown University, John decided to remain in the United States after his education and chose Loveland, Colorado for its outdoor activities and beautiful setting to raise a family.

Over the past 7 years, he has become one of the premier lenders in Northern Colorado. His breadth of knowledge and personal experience with real estate investing give him the ability to educate and inform his clients on the most suitable financing products available for their personal and investment goals.

Cory holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from Colorado State University College of Business. His concentrations were in finance and agricultural business administration. Cory has been in the mortgage business since 2001 and has enjoyed being part of the real estate community of Northern Colorado. Helping people realize their dream of home ownership and investing in Colorado has been his passion. He works in all areas of lending from first time home buyers to multi-property investors.

Stu has been in the mortgage lending business since 1994. In August of 1998, he was offered his first management position and opened a new branch for Countywide Home Loans in Greeley, CO. After becoming one of the top builder branches in the state, he received a promotion to Regional Builder Manager.

In late 2001, a local bank hired Stu as Vice President of their Mortgage Division in Northern Colorado. Desiring to rejoin the nation’s largest home lender, he rejoined Countrywide in April of 2004. Since then, he has opened two new branches and a Joint Venture with The Group Inc. Real Estate. As the Venture Manger for The Group Guaranteed Mortgage, he oversees six offices.

Tara is a true Colorado native and has lived in Fort Collins since 1991. Before graduating from Colorado State University, with a Bachelor degree in Business Administration concentrating in Finance, she was guided toward a path in the mortgage industry. She has over 5 years of experience in the mortgage industry and enjoys helping borrowers buy homes every day.

Tara has a passion of helping the younger generation in our community. She volunteers with Junior Achievement and spends time weekly at Respite Care. She enjoys most of the outdoor activities that Colorado has to offer including biking, snowboarding, fishing, learning to golf, and hiking.

Scott moved to Northern Colorado in 1999 to attend Colorado State University. He graduated from CSU with a Bachelor degree in Business Administration, concentrating in Finance and Real Estate. His studies ranged from fixed-income and equity securities, corporate finance, real estate purchase and sales, and mortgage lending.

He is a Certified Mortgage Lender with the Colorado Mortgage Lenders Association.

Jason attended Colorado State University and earned a Bachelors of Science Degree in Business of Administration with a concentration in finance with a minor in Economics. Upon graduation, he obtained a Colorado Real Estate License and began a career in real estate. This ultimately led him to his passion, mortgage lending.

He enjoys the variety of outdoor activities Fort Collins and Colorado provide - hiking, fly-fishing, rafting, water/snow skiing, golfing and the occasional evening out in Old Town.
